week 2 assignment 1
There are five different components of the ELA. There are reading, writing, speaking, listening, and language. First, reading is when we focus on the students's ability to be able to read on their own. Students have to make their own connection between reading the text and the idea of the text. Second, the writing is when the students learn the ability to plan what to write, edit and publish their writing. Third, is when the students work collaboratively to work together and produce projects of storytelling, and they will use technology to communicate. technology is important to use so the studetns can learn in an exciting way.
week 4 assignment 2
The students in the class read fluently and the student was able to catch up to the class when he made a mistake in reading. When he got suck at a specific word countless times and therefor it is probably because he has a hard time with the vowels in that word or structure. The student had a good comprehension level of the story and was able to give it over. It was a bit difficult for him though and therefor he was able to use help with reading comprehension.
